§ 1 Scope

The following terms and conditions apply to all services between Novora Service and the user. By registering for or using the service, the user agrees to these terms.

§ 2 Service Description

Novora provides a platform for creating link-in-bio profiles. The service is offered in a free basic version and a paid premium version. Usage is only available within the current state of the art.

§ 3 Responsibility for Content

The user is solely responsible for all content they publish, including links, text and images. Novora assumes no liability for user content. Illegal content will result in immediate account suspension.

§ 4 Premium Memberships

Payments for premium memberships are processed through third-party providers. Digital goods and unlocks are generally excluded from the right of withdrawal once the service has been rendered, due to their nature.

Place of jurisdiction is, where legally permissible, Musterstadt. Should individual provisions of these terms be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect.
